Day 5 - Tough Lesson Learned

I learned a very tough lesson this morning when preparing for my morning ride. I am sharing it with you, my fans, in hopes that you will learn from my failure.

Always put on your chamois butter before you put on your icy hot. You don't want icy hot hands to go where chamois butter hands go.
